Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Metropolitan American Diner and Bar’s services, facilities, website, mobile app, ordering platforms, events, and premises (collectively, “Services”). By using our Services, visiting our locations, or making reservations or purchases, you agree to these Terms.
Definitions
“We,” “us,” “our,” and “Metropolitan” refer to Metropolitan American Diner and Bar and its owners, managers, employees, contractors, and affiliates.
“You” and “Guest” mean any person who uses our Services, visits our premises, places orders, books events, or interacts with Metropolitan in any way.
Hours, Menu, Pricing, and Availability
Hours of operation, menu items, prices, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
All menu items are subject to availability. Photographs and descriptions are illustrative and may not reflect exact ingredients, portion sizes, or presentation.
We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel orders in the event of supply issues, pricing errors, or operational constraints.
Reservations, Seating, and Events
Reservations may be required for certain times or events. Reservations are held for a limited grace period; failure to arrive within that period may result in cancellation.
We reserve the right to reassign seating and to deny entry to or remove Guests for safety, capacity, or policy violations.
Alcohol Service and Responsible Consumption
We comply with all laws regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages. We may require valid government-issued photo ID for Guests purchasing alcohol.
We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service or remove alcohol from Guests who appear intoxicated or behave in a manner that could endanger themselves or others.
Guests are responsible for their behavior and consumption. Metropolitan is not liable for consequences of Guests’ alcohol consumption after leaving the premises.
Conduct and Safety
Harassment, discrimination, violence, illegal activity, disruptive behavior, smoking in non-designated areas, and damage to property are prohibited.
We may refuse service to, eject, or ban any person who violates policies, local laws, or these Terms.
Weapons are prohibited on premises except as allowed by applicable law; Metropolitan reserves the right to deny entry to anyone carrying a weapon.
Orders, Payment, and Gratuity
Food and beverage orders are governed by our posted prices; taxes and service charges apply as required by law.
Payment is due when ordered or upon presentation of the bill. We accept payment methods posted and on our website or app.
Service charges, mandatory gratuities for large parties, and cancellation fees will be disclosed at the time of booking or in event agreements.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations for reservations, private events, or delivery orders are subject to our cancellation policy and any fees disclosed at time of booking or purchase.
Refunds are issued at Metropolitan’s discretion and in accordance with applicable laws. For paid events, deposits may be non-refundable as specified in event agreements

Dietary Needs and Allergens
We make reasonable efforts to identify common allergens and accommodate dietary requests, but we cannot guarantee that any menu item is allergen-free or prepared in an allergen-free environment.
Guests with severe allergies assume the risk of consuming our food and should consult staff before ordering.

Content on our website, mobile app, menus, logos, trade dress, photographs, and other materials are the property of Metropolitan or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
