Our Rotisserie Chicken is Amish grown from Lancaster County. Besides coming fresh from the farm, it is free range, naturally raised, organic chicken.
Our Semi-Boneless Chicken Breast is sourced from Eberle Farms of Lancaster County.
Our Baby Back Ribs and Breakfast Meats are sourced from Hatfield Quality Meats.
Our Bone in Rib Eye Steaks are cut and trimmed by Esposito Bros. of South Philadelphia.
Many of our Beers, Lagers and Ales are crafted by local and regional breweries such as Yards, Yuengling, Victory, Flying Fish, Stoudt’s, and Tröegs.
All of our Produce and Dairy is Regionally sourced and delivered fresh, 6 Days a Week.
Our Brioche Buns, Rolls and Steak Rolls are Baked to our Specifications by The Hearth Baker of Lansdale and delivered fresh, 6 Days a Week.
